So, let's see the inspiration from the team for this week - we've been creating lots of gorgeous Pancake inspired projects for you, as Pancake day is coming up in a couple of weeks and it's so much fun here in the UK!...

Julie - I created this card with the Flipping Pancakes image from Polkadoodles Pancakes & Waffles collection. The stacks of pancakes wiggle and wobble, trying to stay in the frying pan. Thr sentiment is from “Have a Flippin’ Great Day”, this card is perfect for celebrating the deliciousness of Pancake Day! Details to create this card can be found on my Blog. Follow me on Facebook & IG

Carrianne - Hi friends! Today, I'm sharing a super fun card for this week’s theme—Pancake Day! There are so many adorable images to choose from, but I couldn’t resist Flipping Pancakes Digital Image because she totally reminds me of myself when I try to flip them. I always end up making a mess! I colored the image with alcohol markers and used a stitched square die to cut it out. For the background, I chose the Paper Patterns 2 - Winnie Daisy Fairy for a fun and playful touch. The sentiment is from the Pancakes and Waffles Greetings Bundle, which was the perfect finishing touch for this card.

Hair: E50-E51-E53-E55
Bow: R00-R11-R02-R05
Dress: R81-R83
Apron/Shoes: V12-V15-V17
Pan: C3-C5-C6
Pancakes: Y21-Y23-E53

Wendy - Today on the Polkadoodles challenge, we're celebrating one of the yummiest holidays - "Pancake Day". It's not an official holiday in the states, but it should be. For my card, I used the black and white digital stamps from Pancake Waffles Digital Stamps and colored them with my Copic markers to create a delicious breakfast fit for this holiday. I'm getting hungry! Have fun creating and good luck!

Taty - Hello and happy creative new year to all of you who follow us. Today I'm sharing my inspiration for the pancake day themed challenge, a small bag to give away sweets. For this project I chose the beautiful Pancake Time digital stamp that I colored with Prismacolor pencils: face 927-1014-939, shoes 922-924-1030, flowers 1001-1002-118, hair 943-1081-1082-948, dress 1001-1002-1033. I embellished the coloring with the white gel pen and the glossy acent for the pancake icing and finally I combined the sentiment from the Winnie Celebrations 1 collection.

Merja - I decided to use this adorable Pancake Time image, coloured it with alcohol markers and added some highlights with white gel pen and white paint marker. I used the papers from Winnie Daisy Fairy Paper Patterns 2 and sentiment from Pancakes and Waffles greetings bundle 2, designed the look with a text editor program and then printed them. I cut the purple paper with a cutting die, added acetate sheet on the backside and then foam tape on the edges (on the backside also). After I had checked that there were no openings on the foam tape line I added some glitter and confetti and added the background paper. When I taped the girl on the front it seemed to need something more so I added some precoloured images (honey and cherries) from Winnie Fruit Punch Embellies Bundle and "draining syrup" I made with Grungey Slime stencil and Distress Ink. Very delicious card!

Nunzia: It'a a real good idea to have a pancake party, they are so delicious. And a themed greating card is perfect for any occasion. That's why I decided to choose this cute precoloured Pancake time image adding just some sparkle on the dress and flowers. Than, I prepared a background with a paper from Noodle Panda Set, cutting out some elements to create a flower in the corner. For the sentiment, which is part of Pancakes and waffles greetings bundle-1, I would to print it in a large size to give more interest to the tag.

More gorgeous inspiration for you this week to use - we hope you'll share what you make with your Polkadoodles products on our Social Media!

So, let's see the inspiration from the team for this week - we've been creating lots of gorgeous birthday inspired projects for you...

Enrica - Hi crafty friends, let’s start thinking of Valentine’s day! For my inspiration project I’ve made three tags using cute birds from the Wings of Love Valentine collection: Love Bird Rainbow Valentine, Love Bird Heart Bunting Valentine and Love Bird Rose Flowers. I’ve colored these sweet images with Copic markers. Digital patterned papers are from Bella Bear Morning Coffee Digi Deal, Bob the Dog in a Boat Digi Deal, Spring Tons of Love paper patterns 1 and Helga Hippo - Pretty Printable Papers 1. All the sentiments are from the Spring Tons of Love greetings and the embellies are from the Barista Coffee/Cake bundle kit. Hope you like them as much as I do!!

Renske - Hi Everyone: I made this slider Valentine treat box using the Love Bird Heart Basket Valentine digital stamp, paired with the Love Bird Greetings Valentine sentiment. The Love Birds Valentine - Wings of Love printable papers added the perfect backdrop with their heart-filled designs. I coloured the sweet love birds with alcohol markers and highlighted them with a white gel pen. The slider box design is a fun way to present a little treat or gift, perfect for Valentine’s Day. Hope you like it. Happy Crafting My Instagram: @renske.wishes.you, Facebook: Renske.wishes.you

Judy: My project for this week's inspiration is a set of Valentine treat holders. I used 3 pre-colored digis, Love Bird Letter, Love Bird Cupid and Love Bird Heart. The "Be My Valentine" sentiment was stamped from the Cutie Pie 4x4" Stamp Set. The holders were constructed with heart shaped die cuts.

Revati - the Season of love is not complete without some florals. I created a frame using the Pretty Flower Wreath Digital Stamp. Love for me has for some reason been pinks and reds and flowers. I printed out this beautiful wreath onto some white cardstock and colored it using shades of pink and red alcohol markers. Up in a frame, these flowers will remain fresh forever! Happy Valentines.

Jenn B - I made a little tag for Valentine's Day, I used a piece of watercolor paper and used pink pigment powders blended on it, then sprayed some gold Mica spray. I used Love Bird Heart , colored with alcohol markers and fussy-cut then attached with foam dimensional tape. I added some glitter glue to the heart, eyelashes, & shoes. Finished off with some yellow & white floss-type ribbon.

So, let's see the inspiration from the team for this week  - we've been creating lots of gorgeous birthday inspired projects for you...

Rachael - Hi everyone! If you need a quick card, why not use our pre-coloured images. This cute bunny called love you bunches from bunny love collection, is perfect, teamed with a few papers and white embellies. It's really easy but so professional-looking! Gorgeous to say thank you, love you or for any wedding cards!

Julie - Hello again! Today I’m sharing a delightful fun fold Thank You card featuring the charming Polkadoodles Tons of Love – Flowers for You Elephant. With a backdrop of Pretty Spring printable papers, this card sets the perfect scene for this adorable Copic-coloured image. The playful “Thanks a Ton” sentiment complements the theme, while expressing gratitude. You can find the quick & easy card details on my blog ; Instagram ; Facebook

Carrianne - Hi there! Today, I’m excited to share a beautiful bouquet of flowers, featuring the Flower Meadow Colored Printable Image. I printed the Flower Meadow colored image and cut it out using a 5" stitched square die. I added some splatter for extra texture and dimension. I then adhered it to a green mat before attaching it to a soft pink card base. The sentiment is from the Winnie Daisy Greetings set. I absolutely love the convenience of using printable images, especially during the busy holiday season! For more creative inspiration, be sure to follow me on Instagram @crafticarri

Wendy - Hi everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and you're ready to get those crafty juices flowing again. We have a super fun challenge for you today using simple folds. I've created a dimensional pop-up card using the new Theo Penguin Winter Snow Days bundle. I combined the Snow Slide image with the Colouring Scene Mountains and Glaciers background to create a fun scene for these adorable penguins. I colored everything with my Copic markers, but remember we have pre-colored images as well. Thank you for looking!

Taty - Hi friends, I'm sharing my inspiration for the themed challenge. Thank you. I chose the Dencing Queen of Polkadoodles digital stamp which I colored with watercolors. I imagined the little dancer dancing to the hymn of life as a sign of gratitude. I created a card with the double Z fold, to have the pop-up effect. I placed the phrase of gratitude and flowers in the pop-up fold. The size of the closed card is 4 ¼ x 4 1/4 inches

Merja - I wanted to use this beautiful sunflower paper from Autumn Fall paper pattern 2 set. I added Thankful sentiment and the butterflies from Hearts and Flowers Butterfly 1 & 2 stamp sets. The butterflies are heat embossed and then coloured with alcohol markers. I also added some glitter glue on the blue butterfly before taping the butterflies on the background with foam tape to create some dimension.
