Cozy Christmas release:

As always, lot's going on here, so let's see the inspiration from the team for this week - this is our last challenge of 2025!

Natalia - Hi crafters! This week we were asked to make a gift, so I've used the brand NEW MDF Embroidery hoop mixed media/altered art kit to make this plaque for someone special...I don't want to give it away now but I will! I've used a Stamp from the One of a Kind collection, teamed up with Flower Blossom dies and foliage dies from Winter Pinecones set. In addition, I added extra bits and pieces from the NEW chipboard packs which are just gorgeous!

Judy: Hi there! My inspiration project for this week is a treat box. This box measures 3 12 x 3 1/2 inches and would work, as well, for holding a gift card or jewelry. The focal on the box top is Snowy Sleigh with Parcels & Gifts - Elvis Wesley Moose Printable. I colored this cute little guy with Prismacolor pencils and fussy cut. I handcut a couple "snow banks" , added some glitter glue. A die cut tree is added behind Elvis Wesley. He is popped with foam tape onto a layered die cut circle. The background paper on the box is from Theo Penguin Paper Bundle 4. I printed the sentiment from Elvis Wesley Moose Themed Sentiments.

Enrica - Hi crafty friends! Do you realize that Christmas is less than three weeks away? I don't know about you, but I'm still struggling with gifts... these are some of the little boxes I made for my friends and will fill with chocolates and herbal teas. For the front panel I colored with Copic some cute characters from different sets: Santa Cup Christmas Gingerbread Cookie, Noel Christmas Gingerbread Cookie and Bella Bear with lots of Parcels/Gifts. The other panels and the lids are decorated with digis from the Sweet Christmas digistamp bundle - Gingerbread Cookie, patterned papers are from Gingerbread Cookie, Theo Penguin and Baked with Love collections. Would you be happy to receive a sweet box like that? I certainly would. Big hugs, Enrica

Jenn B - This week I had a die cut gift bag that I've been intimidated to use, so I busted that out for this one! I used Kraft cardstock as the base to make the gift bag sturdy. I then used papers from the Set 2 Christmas Printable Paper pack and Christmas Paper Patterns 2 to decorate it with. I printed Bella Bear Delivering Gifts, colored with Copics and fussy cut her before attaching her to the gift bag.

Revati - Forget the last-minute scramble for decent gift wrap this year! My secret weapon for beautifully presented presents is the Theo Penguin Paper Bundle, a fantastic collection of digital patterned papers. No more tedious shopping; just choose your favorite patterns, hit print, and voilà—you have instant, adorable wrapping paper ready to go! To elevate the look, I paired the paper with a simple yet chic sentiment label from the Christmas Greetings Digi Stamp. I printed this sentiment onto a sturdy tag, leaving enough space on the back to neatly write the names of the sender and recipient. Finally, to usher in that essential festive sparkle, I tied a thin gold twine around the gift box. This simple addition catches the light and gives the whole package a fun, celebratory, and perfectly polished feel!

Sana - Today I have made an envelope for the blog Challange day. I have used few of the PD products. The digi i have used is Cherry chocolate sundae - the base is from Winnie winterland papers and the envelope is from the foliage collection. I love the way all these came together. A really simple gift envelope or money envelope made with love. Dont forget to participate in this weeks challenge.

Renske - This time we worked on the theme Christmas gift. I made a little box out of kraft paper. I covered it with red, green, and white striped design paper from the Penguin Paper Bundle 2 set. On the front, I placed the digital stamp "Hot cocoa Christmas Gingerbread Cookie". I coloured it with my alcohol markers. I finished off the box with a green ribbon with a gold edge. Happy Crafting.

Maz - Today I've used the new MABEL collection - she's just adorable! I printed one of the papers which are swoon-worthy onto Kraft card and merged the Mabel digi, then coloured with pencils for a rustic look. Check her out she's gorgeous!

Cozy Christmas new release:

As always, lot's going on here, so let's see the inspiration from the team for this week - this is our last challenge of 2025!

Maria - Even Winter Birthdays Deserve a Little Magic!
Of course, Polkadoodles has the perfect images for winter birthdays too! I mean, what else would you call these adorable little creatures from the Snowball Kisses set? I’m absolutely in love with them!
I coloured them again using my trusty Polychromos pencils (numbers 108, 113, 115, 132, 151, 154, 156, 187, 223, 233, 235) and added a few highlights with a white Gelly Roll pen.
To give the background a more playful look, I layered several pieces of patterned paper, added a little banner, and doodled around the edges. And hey – of course, I couldn’t resist adding a few polkadots! I just can’t craft without them. Here's my instagram, facebook and YouTube - I'd love to follow you back!

Rosanna - Hello creative friends! It's Saturday again, the day of this wonderful team. Today is dedicated to birthday wishes. I used a digital stamp that I really like, I find it joyful and cheerful. How much joy is there in that girl in jeans jumping for happiness? Do you like it? It's the digital stamp Jump for Joy. I used a die to make cloud-shaped edges and vellum paper with delicate white dots. I then made some white hearts that I used at the bottom, while near the girl, I left the vellum visible underneath. It was coloured with Copic markers. I hope you liked it, big hugs.

Julie - Happy Friday, friends! Today’s project is all about keeping things cool — literally! I created this frosty Iceman Snowman Birthday Card using one of the gorgeous printable winter backgrounds from Polkadoodles, paired with a few extra hand-colored ice blocks for added chill. The shimmery icicles at the top add the perfect frosty sparkle, while our cheerful snowman steals the show, glistening with a touch of Stickles and a smooth coat of clear glaze to bring those icy details to life. It’s the perfect mix of cute and cool — and a fun reminder that winter birthdays deserve a little shimmer too! My Blog, Instagram, Facebook

Taty - Hi friends, I'm sharing my DT inspiration for this challenge. I created a happy birthday card using the Birthday Mouse color image. After printing, I cut the square with a die with irregular edges and embossed two sides with a grid pattern. The phrase is part of the Winnie Celebrations 1 sentiments collection.

Cozy Christmas new release:

As always, lot's going on here, so let's see the inspiration from the team for this week!

Natalia - Hello, crafters, and welcome back to the Polkadoodles blog! Today’s project is all about creating a card with high impact - focusing on luxurious texture, rich shimmer, and a refreshing take on Christmas colours. I loved combining some of my favourite Polkadoodles essentials to bring this festive scene to life! We're exploring a beautiful, tactile background for this Christmas card! I used the versatile Leafy Stencil to create a stunning, intricate pattern on a vibrant blue base. This background is then generously highlighted with the gorgeous Gold Stencil Butter. The metallic paste settles beautifully, emphasizing the texture and creating a sophisticated, shimmering contrast with the cool blue tones. This base immediately gives the card an elegant, upscale feel.

The stunning layered flower at the centre is created using the amazing Dotty Poinsettia Die. This multi-layered die is perfect for adding incredible dimension to your floral elements. I chose to colour the petals in soft, smoky pinks and purples, giving the traditional Christmas flower a fresh, modern twist.
The resulting flower is a beautiful, eye-catching focal point that stands proud against the textured background. To complete the holiday scene, the Holly Berry Die brings in essential deep green accents, beautifully framing the central poinsettia. The pops of vibrant red from the berries and the simple "CHRISTMAS WISHES" sentiment tie the entire elegant design together. I love how combining beautiful texture with non-traditional colours can result in a truly unique holiday creation!
If you'd like to see the full creative process for making this card, you can find the video tutorial on the official Polkadoodles YouTube channel as well as on my personal channel, NataliaKuzakArt. What is your favourite Polkadoodles stencil for creating a rich, textured background? Let us know in the comments below!

Enrica - Hi crafty friends! Do you realize that Christmas is just over a month away? For my Christmas card this week I colored with Copic the cute Snow mail Theo Penguin digital stamp, together with the Colouring scene 1 Christmas printable craft card making coloring page for the background.
Hope you like this sweet snowy scene!

Jenn B - I really enjoyed making this card and I knew what I wanted to do with it the second I saw the Boy Gingerbread Cookiedigi! I knew I wanted to use him in coordination with a clear stamp set that I have that includes a mixing bowl and utensils. The papers are from the Christmas Paper Patterns 2 paper pack. I paper pieced the bowl, colored the gingerbread boy & utensils with Copics, fussy cut and attached with foam dimensional tape.

Revati- There’s something so special about working with pre-colored digi stamps — they’re perfect for quick projects and also serve as a great guide for adding your own shading and dimension. For this card, I chose the adorable Bella Bear Bauble Digi Stamp featuring a sweet little bear with a Christmas tree and ornament. Although the image came pre-colored, I enhanced it further using my Ohuhu alcohol markers — deepening the reds on Bella’s hat and brightening those rosy pink cheeks. A few white gel pen highlights added extra sparkle and brought the image to life.To complete the look, I added a tiny red cardstock bow to Bella’s hat and a Christmas Sentiment below the focal image, using the Christmas Sentiment Digi Stamp set. I framed the panel with a postage-style border, mounted it on a bright red card base, and finished it off with a touch of festive sequin mix for some extra holiday cheer. A clean, cheerful, and heartwarming card — perfect for spreading joy this Christmas season. More details on my blog.

Renske- When I think of Christmas colours, I think of green, red, and white. So that is what I worked with. I used the digital stamp "Escape Gingerbread Holley"for this. I coloured it with my alcohol markers. For the background, I used kraft paper with a wood grain texture, and at the bottom a plaid design paper from the Elvis Wesly Moose themed paper set. I completed the card with the text "Have a Jolly Christmas" from the Gingerbread Holley Sentiment set. Hopefully, this has inspired you again. Happy Crafting.

Judy: My inspiration project for this week is an ornament shaped card with Christmas colors. Red, green and gold are classic Christmas colors, in my opinion, so thats what I used. The ornament shape is die cut out of red glitter and a gold foil card stocks. I die cut a smaller circle shape for the card center. The poinsettias and sentiment were stamped from the Wonderful Christmas 4 x 8 Stamp Set. I colored the poinsettias with Prismacolor pencils. Gold "gem look" trim was added to complete my design.
